At ReeFynd.in, we always try to deliver quality products to our customers. Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.
Important Notice
We do NOT offer returns on any products.
However, we do provide replacement support within 3 days from the date of delivery, only if the product has the following:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged items received
- Wrong product delivered
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Color preference issues
- Size issues caused by incorrect selection
- Minor design or finishing differences
- Used or damaged products after delivery
1. Jewellery Products Policy
Jewelry products are delicate fashion items. Therefore:
No Return
- Jewelry items cannot be returned.
Replacement Eligibility
Replacement is available only if:
- You receive a damaged product
- The item is broken during delivery
- Wrong item is delivered
- A manufacturing defect is present
Important Conditions
- The request must be made within 10 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- An unboxing video and product photos may be required for verification
2. Clothing & Fashion Products Policy
This section applies to:
- T-Shirts
- Boys Fashion
- Girls Fashion
- Fashion Accessories
No Return
- Clothing and fashion items are non-returnable.
Replacement Eligibility
Replacement is only possible if:
- Wrong product is delivered
- Product has major damage or defect
- Product is torn or defective before use
Not Eligible for Replacement
- Wrong size selected by customer
- Slight color difference due to screen lighting
- Personal dislike after delivery
Conditions
- Replacement request must be submitted within 3 days
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags
3. Handmade Products Policy
Handmade products are unique and may contain small natural variations.
No Return
- Handmade products are strictly non-returnable.
Replacement Eligibility
Replacement is only available if:
- Product arrives physically damaged
- Major manufacturing defect exists
- Wrong item is delivered
Please Note
Small variations in:
- Color
- Texture
- Shape
- Finishing
are considered normal in handmade products and are not treated as defects.
4. How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Share your Order ID
- Provide clear product photos/videos
- Share an unboxing video if available
After verification, our team will approve or reject the replacement request.
